Return Process

    Inspect Your Order

    Upon delivery, please immediately inspect all perishable and non-perishable items for any signs of damage or quality concerns.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the items in question.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm if a replacement will be shipped immediately.

  • 4.
    Process Refund

    Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a fresh replacement will be dispatched.
